Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Simply put, I integrate a range of therapies. From person centred, existential and more modern therapies like CBT.

CBT can help in a variety of situations.

It is particularly good for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), depression, phobias and addictions.

It helps clients understand the thoughts and feelings that in turn influence their behaviours.

Together, we can make a plan that encompasses taking steps chosen by you, that you are ultimately comfortable doing.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, with another 10 minutes to recap and and organise follow up sessions if required. So approximately 60 minutes in total.

If you are late for any reason, sessions will still end 50 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

My normal fee is €60.00 per session, with a reduced rate of €50.00 per session for students. However, this can be negotiated if required.

However, I do understand that emergencies happen, so this may be waived at my discretion.
